About this space Gorgeous premium 4 bedroom home with an individually designed pool. The home is situated on Lauren Estates, which is just 4 years old! This home has been very thoughtfully designed to maximise living space, and the interior design and decor is all very modern and has a beautiful, sleek feel. Laurel Estates is a recently constructed community consisting of executive family homes, and also boasts a community pool, and a children's play area - both of which are within easy walking distance. The space This home is very spacious and it is all situated on one floor. Upon entering the light and spacious entrance hall, the home immediately opens up into a large open plan space, housing an absolutely superb kitchen with dining island, a large dining area, and also the lounge area with a large and super comfy corner sofa. The main TV is a large SMART TV and also has Spectrum cable. This open space is perfect for spending time with the family. The lounge area leads directly onto the gorgeous pool area. This pool was individually designed and installed, so is a bespoke design and also features mood lighting, a fantastic spa, and is surrounded by lush vegetation to ensure your privacy. It is an oversized paved pool deck, and also has a large outdoor dining table which is conveniently housed underneath the lanai, so you can enjoy the al fresco dining opportunities that Florida presents! There are two family bathrooms in the home, one with a large shower, and one with a shower/ bath combo. The third bathroom is in the master suite and has a large walk in shower. The home comprises of Four beautifully designed, furnished, and decorated bedrooms: One King Master (with en suite bathroom) One Queen bedroom One double/ full bedroom One Pyramid bunk (double/ full on the bottom, and single bed on top). This bedroom has alos been thoughtfully designed as a very impressive Toy Story theme room. All bedrooms also have Spectrum cable boxes. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, and this leads through to the very well equipped games room. Guest access The entire home is yours for your stay Other things to note Pool Heat is not included in the price of the home, and is an additional $40 per day. BBQ Grills are also available to hire for just $100 per week. Please get in touch if you'd like to arrange these for your stay.

Staying at this property was absolutely one of my favorite Airb&b’s to date! It was immaculate. The house was big and beautiful. Everything was so clean and it had a lot of open space the pool was my kids favorite place to be. The communication was seamless, respectful and highly appreciated. Would 10 out of 10 would recommend this home to anyone considering staying in the Orlando/Disney area.

We LOVED this place! So well maintained and decorated. Beds are super comfy and the pool was perfect! Only disappointment was that this place is booked up for so long as we wanna come back ????

This place was amazing! The locations was great for our Disneyworld Trip (about 30 min away, but it def. felt like we were closer than that). Place was exactly as pictured in the photos. The pool looked amazing but due to the cooler temperatures in the evening even with paid pool heating we really weren't able to enjoy it (totally the weather's fault though..). This fit our family of 7 perfectly without feeling crowded. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, this remarkable house is an ideal haven for children. the Moreover, it provided a comforting and inviting atmosphere for my family. One of the highlights of our stay was the kids' sheer delight in the pool! Furthermore, we were pleasantly surprised by the serenity of the neighborhood, offering a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The friendly neighbors and the conveniently located park right behind the property added to the overall charm of the experience.
